Thai Hom Mali Rice is internationally recognized as Thailand's signature rice variety. With its long and slender kernels, this rice is celebrated for its natural fragrance and unique texture. Its aromatic Jasmine scent has made it a preferred choice both domestically and globally. Primarily cultivated in the Northeastern region, Thai Hom Mali Rice is produced once a year.
Thai White Glutinous Rice
Glutinous Rice is a staple in Southeast and East Asia, as well as in the eastern parts of South Asia. This rice variety features opaque grains with very low amylose content, resulting in a notably sticky texture when cooked. While it enjoys widespread consumption across Asia, it serves primarily as a staple food in northeastern Thailand and Laos.
Thai White Rice
Thai White Rice is a long-grain variety that yields light and fluffy grains when cooked, allowing them to separate easily. This rice is grown throughout Thailand, with the Central region being the most prominent production area. Unlike Thai Hom Mali Rice, White Rice can be harvested two to three times per year.
Riceberry Rice
Riceberry Rice is a non-milled, cross-bred rice distinguished by its dark violet grain. It combines the antioxidant-rich properties of Hom Nin Rice with the fragrant Thai Hom Mali Rice, also known as Thai Jasmine or Khao Dawk Mali 105. Riceberry Rice contains three times more iron than other varieties and is rich in antioxidants, including beta-carotene, gamma oryzanol, vitamin E, and folic acid. It becomes soft and aromatic when cooked.
Riceberry Mixed Jasmine Rice
Royal Brand RICE is the only manufacturer in Thailand offering this unique blend of two esteemed rice varieties. This mix retains the light and soft texture of fragrant Jasmine rice while incorporating the fiber and nutrient-rich qualities of Riceberry.
